10 Weeks

I had my first prenatal appointment with my midwife today. Everything is great so far! We got to hear the baby's heartbeat...168 bpm. Nice and strong! Parker was in the room with me and seemed pretty interested in everything that was going on. When my midwife asked if he was going to be a big brother, he just smiled and shook his head no! Ha, ha. I don't think he is ready to give up being the "baby" of the family quite yet!

    Hooray! Isn't that awesome, being able to hear that heartbeat for the first time?

    Congratulations on hearing the heartbeat! That's the best feeling. Too cute about Parker...and you are so strong to have the baby be a surprise. I don't think I could do it!
